About Karen Kingston
Space clearing is the feng shui art of clearing energies and owning spaces in buildings.
Karen Kingston has pioneered the development of space clearing since 1978 and is recognized as the western world's leading authority in this field. Her two books, Creating Sacred Space with Feng Shui and Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui are both million-copy bestsellers in 25 languages and have established themselves as 'must read' feng shui classics.
Her teachings are based on over thirty years of intensive personal exploration of the unseen worlds of energy that feng shui is based on, which have become as tangible to her as the seen worlds. She is best known for the extraordinary sacred spaces she very tangibly creates in her workshops and the profound effects experienced by participants as a result. Her teaching style is a unique blend of spiritual insights and practical information, delivered with her own lively brand of humour.
Born in England, Karen lived in Bali for 20 years, where she designed and built a hotel and conference center according to feng shui principles. In 2010, she moved back to live in the UK, where she is now based.
She has appeared on a wide range of television and radio shows and has had articles written about her work in most of the world's major newspapers and magazines. She is in great demand as a public speaker and space clearing, clutter clearing and feng shui consultant.
Books
Karen's most popular book, Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui , was completely updated and revised in 2008 with approximately 15% more content added, including a whole new chapter on Time Clutter. It is widely available from bookstores in the UK and Commonwealth and has been translated into many languages. The new revised edition has not been published in the USA but can be ordered in paperback from the spaceclearing.com online store.
The 2011 edition, which includes yet more updates and another new chapter called 'Changing Standpoint', is available in ebook and audio book formats.
Karen is now writing a new book about space clearing.
Space clearing
The term 'space clearing' was originally coined by Karen and although it has become a generic term, it truly refers to the specific ceremony she has personally pioneered and developed to a very advanced level. She has a directory of certified practitioner who have received extensive one-on-one training directly from her.

Consultations
Karen is available to conduct space clearing, clutter clearing, feng shui and healthy home consultations anywhere in the UK and Europe. She also offers 30-minute clutter clearing sessions, conducted by skype or telephone and available to anyone, anywhere in the world.
