ABOUT KAREN KINGSTON
Space Clearing is the feng shui art of clearing energies and owning spaces in buildings. Karen Kingston has pioneered the development of Space Clearing since 1978 and is recognized as the western world's leading authority in this field.
Born in England, Karen lived in Bali for 20 years until 2010, where she designed and built a Feng Shui hotel and conference center called Dancing Dragon Cottages. She then sold the hotel and moved back to live in the UK where she is now based.
She has appeared on a wide range of television and radio shows and has had articles written about her work in most of the world's major newspapers and magazines. She is in great demand as a public speaker and Space Clearing and Clutter Clearing consultant.
BOOKS
Karen's two international bestselling books, Creating Sacred Space with Feng Shui and Clear Your Clutter with Feng Shui, have been translated into 27 languages, each with combined sales of over a million copies. They are both 'must read' feng shui classics.
Her Clear Your Clutter book was completely updated and revised in 2008 with approximately 15% more content added, including a whole new chapter on Time Clutter. It is widely available from bookstores in the UK and Commonwealth and has been translated into many languages. The new revised edition has not been published in the USA but can be ordered in paperback format from the spaceclearing.com online store.
The 2011 edition, which includes yet more updates and another new chapter called 'Changing Standpoint', is available as an ebook (Kindle, Apple, Sony, Nook, pdf, and many other formats).
Karen is now writing a new book about Space Clearing.
SPACE CLEARING
Karen's teachings are based on over a quarter of a century of intensive personal exploration of the unseen worlds of energy that Feng Shui is based on, which have become as tangible to her as the seen worlds. She is best known for the extraordinary sacred spaces she very tangibly creates in her workshops and the profound effects experienced by participants as a result. Her teaching style is a unique blend of spiritual insights and practical information, delivered very clearly and with her own lively brand of humour.
The term 'Space Clearing' was originally coined by Karen and although it has become a generic term, it truly refers to the specific ceremony she has personally pioneered and developed to a very advanced level. She has a directory of certified practitioners who have received extensive one-on-one training directly from her, many of whom continue to attend ongoing course to maintain and improve their skills.
CONSULTATIONS
Karen offers 20-minute Clutter Clearing personal sessions, which are conducted by skype and available to anyone in the world. She is also available to conduct Space Clearing and Clutter Clearing consultations anywhere in the UK and Europe.
While writing new books she has no plans to visit the USA or other parts of the world for a while but has a directory of practitioners who have trained with her, who are located in many countries around the world.
