Steven Post, author of “The Modern Book of Feng Shui”, has been a Feng Shui educator and consultant for more than 35 years. His passion, love, and inspiration connecting nature and self nature led him to become the first teacher of Feng Shui/Geomancy in the United States. He is a senior disciple of H.H. Professor Thomas Lin Yun, Rimpoche and founder of GEO (The Geomancy/Feng Shui Education Organization). Designated by Prof. Lin as authoritative in Feng Shui consulting and education and a resource for his students, Steven is a principal teacher and co-owner of the three year BTB Feng Shui Masters Program(TM), which was inaugurated under Prof. Lin’s direction. He has contributed to the successful development of thousands of homes and businesses including Fortune 500 Companies and is involved in many projects concerned with how Feng Shui can help society, including "The Feng Shui of the USA", "Nature Awareness Training", "Secrets of Wealth", and "Feng Shui & Parenting". Steven has been featured on NBC Dateline, CBS Evening News, Strange Universe, New York Times Magazine, Esquire, Newsweek, Variety, House Beautiful, and many other national and international programs and publications. Sometimes called "Feng Shui's Walking Encyclopedia", he is recognized for his depth of multi-cultural Feng Shui knowledge including Jewish, Japanese, European, and Great Goddess traditions. He is on the boards of Sacred Sites International Foundation and the Institute of Integrated Sciences. His column "Intercultural Geomancy" appeared in the Lin Yun Temple News and Site Saver Magazine. A lifetime of studying the human body as a site and the Feng Shui of the natural world enables him to teach their relationship. His involvement with the Chi of the natural world includes three decades as Fire Lookout on Mount Tamalpais, Marin County, California. Among his teachers of personal Chi development are Sifu Kuo Lien Ying, Sifu Xu Kuoming and Simu Chen Zhifang. |
