Feel empowered and learn how to deal with today’s stress and tomorrow’s challenges. Through this ancient system of the five elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water) learn how to identify your stress response and how you can re-direct emotions and discover ways to have greater well-being by tapping into the elements of nature.
How it works:
In this 3-class live Zoom workshop we will uncover how we deal with stress (both everyday stressors as well as big life stressors) and practice some tools to help restore greater balance and feeling of well-being.
July 23 – two-hour class
July 30 + Aug 6 – one-hour group mentoring sessions

- Learn how you might have different reactions to stress
- Discover ways of reducing stress
- Help others in your circle reduce stress
- Create more balance and harmony
- Improve your feeling of well being
- Two group mentoring calls to answer your questions and give you guidance
