IFSG Client and Student Reviews Policy

The International Feng Shui Guild Review Policy ensure that client or student reviews posted on IFSG platforms (for example our consultant directory or school directory) align with our mission, uphold professional standards, and foster constructive discourse within the Feng Shui community.

Review Guidelines:

1. Constructive & Professional Feedback Only: Reviews must focus on the experience with a program, service, or instructor in a respectful and solution-oriented manner.

2. No Personal Disputes: Reviews that reflect personal grievances rather than constructive feedback should be directed to the instructor or school for resolution.

3. Dispute Resolution Encouraged: If a student has concerns about an instructor or course, they should first refer to their agreement with the school and attempt resolution through direct communication.

4. Moderation of Reviews: The Executive Committee reserves the right to remove or decline reviews that are:

• • Emotionally charged without constructive feedback
  • Misaligned with IFSG’s mission and professional ethics
  • Potentially defamatory or harmful to the community’s integrity

5. Response Protocol:

• • IFSG will acknowledge concerns in a neutral, professional manner.
  • Reviewers will be directed to handle disputes with the appropriate parties.
  • IFSG will not publicly engage in disputes but will ensure concerns are acknowledged appropriately.
