A dedicated family-oriented practitioner (mother of three daughters), Deb understands the importance of listening to every member of the household. She easily blends Feng Shui knowledge and intuition with her experience in accounting/business and engineering for a combined right and left brain approach to environment transformation.
A graduate of the Western School of Feng Shui, Deb brings a comprehensive approach to creating balance and harmony honoring her clients, helping them to define their unique needs and desires, valuing their spiritual practices, and creating their personal paradises, all to produce wonderful and personal results.
With degrees from the University of Oklahoma and the University of Nebraska in accounting and engineering respectively, Deb brings a strong spatial and practical sense to building flow and arrangements as well as considering the environment setting. Joining these skills with a natural intuitive Feng Shui energy, Deb is a natural Feng Shui consultant and can provide a total picture to life transformation. .
Deb DermyerLamb began her partnership with the International Feng Shui Guild in 2004 as the local Chapter Director for the Kansas City metropolitan area, a group that thrived on connections and provided service projects for the community. In 2006, she joined the IFSG Board of Directors took on the dual roles of IFSG Board Treasurer and IFSG Membership Director, enjoying the bigger picture community of spirit found on the board and around the world. She resigned from the board in March 2011 to focus her efforts on running the IFSG office and focusing on its management and expanding roles.
In September 2007, she happily began working in the IFSG office supporting the CEO in the roles of office administration, finance, business, website maintenance, communications, newsletters and publications. This function allows Deb to balance her administrative and organizational skills (degrees in Accounting and Engineering) with her passion for and training in Feng Shui (Western School of Feng Shui) while supporting the organization in its growth and prosperity. She feels the members are the best resource to long term success of the Guild and regularly puts her efforts into making sure they are a priority.
In October 2017, Deb returned to the Board of Directors as CEO. Her leadership, dedication and passion for the IFSG and its members, her experience with the overall organization, it’s policies and procedures, its strategies, and long term focus make her an ideal candidate for this role. Continuing her work in the office will simplify communication lines and provide stronger focus for members, benefits, and reaching amazing goals for the Guild.
