Kim Goeltom

Kim Goeltom is the founder of Creating Legacy Wellness, which is a Holistic Wellness Coaching Company that supports highly driven female professionals that are over exhausted and burned out who are looking to create some semblance of harmony, joy and intentional living back into their lives. Kim uses Feng Shui alongside positive psychology which health and wellness coaching is based upon to help her clients work on their external environment while making small changes in their internal lives to achieve their goals. She essentially combines Ancient Wisdom & Evidence-Based Practices to achieve her clients’ goals!

She is a former Corporate Executive, with over 20 years’ experience working in Corporate America alongside Human Resource Directors, Talent Development and CEO’s.

Over the last 5 years she has created various programs including Empowered Living for Superwomen as well as Harmonize to Energize & Take Back Your Life in 1-1 Coaching. Her programs and workshops focus on the bio individuality of each client while using motivational interviewing to support and guide each client to becoming the best version of themselves.

Kim has supported hundreds of clients on a 1-1 basis, thousands of clients between workplace wellness and educational organizations. She has been featured in various publications such as First for Women, Medium, Thrive Global, The Zoe Report, Edible Arrangements and Bustle to name a few. She is also featured in two books; Live Well Dream Big by Suzanne Monroe in addition to the newly released Cultivating Healthy & Vibrant Workplaces by Lisa & Peter Kelly.

While working with clients, creating new content, developing partnerships with businesses and organizations, Kim continues her education as health and wellness is always changing. Kim has attained her master’s level certification coaching from the International Association of Wellness Professionals, Certified Master Workplace Wellness Ambassador from the Workplace Wellness Centre of Excellence and is currently in a Master of Arts Health and Wellness Coaching program at Maryland University of Integrative Health. On the Feng Shui side, Kim has acquired certification/training from the Western School of Feng Shui, School of Graceful Lifestyles as well as Yan’s Professional Feng Shui Institute and connects monthly with her alumni and mentors for additional training.

Clients have shared how working with Kim has given them their life back, created additional income opportunities while regaining their health and the ability to live life on their own terms these days.
