This is a great question! Having neighbors right next to you doesn’t impact how the bagua is applied. From a BTB perspective, we apply the bagua based on the front door. (I have a freebie that explains more about this linked below)
Your neighbors energy can impact you in a number of ways. Obviously, if they argue a lot or make noise this impacts your personal enjoyment of your space or if you don’t get along with them, that impacts you. If you get along, there’s nothing you need to do. Depending on the issue with the neighbors there are different cures that can be placed to create more peace and remedy the situation.

That is such a good question. If you have a professionally drawn floor plan or one you have created, use precisely that for your bagua overlay.
Regarding your neighbors, some things can be done to shift negative energies. If you get along well with your neighbors and everything is peaceful, just make sure you’re not sleeping with your head toward your neighbor’s bathroom.
