Connie Spruill Feng Shui Master Owner/Director of the Feng Shui Institute of America. Referred to as Pyramid or Scientific School of Feng Shui because the curriculum focuses on the science of why feng shui works. I’ve been a professional coach and trainer over 40 years in the field of person-place connection 24+ years of which have been in feng shui.
A lot of those years were as an international business consultant. While working on a contract in Australia I had my first encounter with feng shui when I was meeting with a colleague in his office and was amazed at how inviting the room was. We were meeting with other workforce development people from around the world. I had had many meetings during my time on this contract but none were as productive as this particular meeting. When I inquired later about the decor, the feeling and the positive outcome of the meeting, my colleague shared feng shui principles with me. I was hooked and the rest is history. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be reading this.
I was awarded my Feng Shui Masters designation from Founder Nancilee Wydra Founder of FSIA and now retire. I took over the school in 2013. Prior to that I was the schools Education Director and orchestrated the transition of the schools move to online training and e-learning; guiding the revamping of its curriculum and incorporating additional advanced training for continuing education of graduates from the school. Co-Author of Feng Shui with What You Have published in both English and Spanish and Feng Shui Your Intentions – The Epigentics of Your Home Life and Intentions.
I wrote and launched the school’s first full program that addresses the startup and growing of a full service feng shui/holistic business practice. A 6-weeks long online course and includes training in developing your Value Proposition, How to Build Your Credibility, Creating a Podcast Following; What to Put on Your Home Page to get Email Signups and more. Handouts you can use to differentiate yourself from competitors and more.

Besides my Feng Shui Master’s designation I also hold a MA in Workforce Education and Lifelong Learning from The Ohio State University and a BA in International Business from Ohio Dominican University Master’s. I have Certificates in Value Proposition and Web Conversion – University of Florida; Customer Service Delivery Systems – Xavier -University of Cincinnati and technical certifications in interactive media and internet marketing.
