As a licensed Realtor since 1992, I’ve taken many continuing education courses. After several years, the courses became quite monotonous. Then, one day in 2005, I received an email about a course titled, “Feng Shui Basics for Real Estate”. I had always been fascinated by architecture and interior/exterior design and how a person’s mood was affected by light, color, structure and the general flow of a space so I decided to give it a try. The course was full of little nuggets of Feng Shui wisdom that I was able to immediately incorporate into my real estate career. Using just this small amount of information, I learned that in the vast majority of cases, a well staged and organized home experienced shorter days on market, more showings and better priced offers compared to listings that were not properly staged. And when I say staged, more often than not, I utilized items the homeowners already had.  Feng Shui doesn’t have to be expensive.

After years of helping my real estate clients, I decided to focus on offering Feng Shui consultations full-time. The world is a beautiful place and as “luck” would have it, I met and studied with Lisa Alban and Steve Kodad, owners of the Intrinsic School of Feng Shui (BTB school) and both well-respected Feng Shui masters. That certification course instilled in me the desire to learn as much as I can and help as many people as possible. Currently, I am learning under Feng Shui master Connie Spurill, owner of the Feng Shui Institute of America (pyramid school). I feel blessed to have the perspective of 2 different schools of thought and am excited to share the ways in which Feng Shui can have a positive effect on everyone living and/or working in a space. It’s all about feeling connected, safe and vibrant and I can help you achieve these feelings in your own home or office.

I am also pleased to offer my clients I Ching readings. The ancient wisdom the “Book of Changes” imparts can serve as a path to greater self examination and personal and spiritual growth.  I have personally benefitted greatly from using this sacred text and would be honored to share it with you.
